Thanks for connecting with me! My mission is to live a life of genuine joy and gratitude, and I pray you will walk the journey with me! I believe God has called me to do ministry in a new way, and I'm excited to let my Boss lead me!

 

Just a little about me...I'm originally from Kansas City (best bbq ever) and now I'm in Dallas. I've always been a business owner at heart. I remember braiding hair as a little girl for extra money and telling my uncle that I wanted to be a cosmetologist and own a clothing line when I grew up. Well, one of those things happened when I launched Nanny Tees, an apparel line for nannies. I've also grown businesses with my sister, Bauchum Sister Music and BDM Apparel. I guess you can say that I'm an expert on taking ideas and putting feet behind them. I've helped over 63 nanny agency owners launch their own agencies through The Nanny Agency School.

I loooove connecting with and meeting new people, which has afforded me amazing opportunities. From being featured in Essence Magazine, Forbes, D Magazine, to paid partnerships with Facebook, Instagram, and Sittercity. I've also worke with with local and nationwide brands; Lañcome, Curls, Jo Malone, Chanel, L'Occitane, Sugarfina, local shopping districts, Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, and host of others. Events, retreats, and luxurious brunches are my thing.My heart is to serve others
